Bringing a team with 10+ years in real estate, 30+ years in retail sales/management and 5+ years of shopping consignment. We understand that estate sales require a keen understanding of market trends, pricing strategies and customer engagement. Rest assured, we are committed to putting in the effort and research necessary to ensure the success of every estate sale we undertake.

Our pricing strategy is based on a blend of research and industry trends. We meticulously research similar items and consult with experts when needed to determine fair and competitive prices. We use technology to assist in research. Google lens, eBay, Pinterest, Facebook Marketplace and of course our experience helps to determine prices of unique items. We also have a network of experts we consult for certain categories (tools, coins, certain antiques). We understand that pricing is crucial to attract buyers and achieve a successful outcome. There is a pricing plan customized for each individual sale.
